I found therapy for myself during a season of deep personal pain. It cracked me open and forced me to face what I had long buried. Therapy gave me space to breathe, feel, and slowly come back to myself.

That experience shaped the kind of therapist I am today. My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative. Working with me feels like a real conversation. We move at your pace, sometimes deep, sometimes slow. I bring practical tools to help you find what works for you, not just in session but in real life.

Alongside individual work, I help teams and communities navigate stress, burnout, and everyday challenges through workshops, group facilitation, and training.

No matter where I am serving, my goal is simple: to help people feel seen, supported, and ready to show up as their whole selves.

Your Questions, Answered

  • The first step is to schedule a consultation, where we’ll discuss your needs, goals, and any questions you may have about therapy. If it’s a good fit, we will move forward with scheduling your intake session.

After we schedule, you will receive an e-mail with a personalized link to our client portal to complete your profile and sign important consents. You will also enter your insurance information here (if applicable) for verification. All information must be received within 24 hours of your appointment, or it may be subject to cancellation.

  • Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll review your personal history, including any stressors, past trauma, or relationship challenges you're facing. We’ll also discuss your current concerns and goals for therapy. This is a collaborative session where we begin to create a tailored plan for your therapeutic journey. You’ll also have the chance to ask any questions and get comfortable with the process.

  • Yes, I accept insurance for therapy services. I am an in-network provider with Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross and BlueShield, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum.

If you have a different insurance, you may have out-of-network benefits. Contact your insurance company to inquire about your benefits for out-of-network mental health services.

I can provide you with a “super-bill” to seek reimbursement for services rendered if your insurance plan provides out-of-network coverage. Please note you are responsible for verifying out-of-network coverage and submitting claims for reimbursement to your insurance provider.

  • Initial Assessment (60 min) | $175

    Ongoing Individual Sessions (60 min) | $140

Superbills can be provided for out-of-network reimbursements.

  • Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. Virtual therapy is a convenient option for those who may not be able to attend in person or prefer the flexibility of teletherapy. It’s conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure your privacy.

  • Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us offer your spot to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $75 fee.

  • The first step is to schedule a consultation, where we’ll discuss your needs, goals, and any questions you may have about therapy. You can schedule this consultation through our website.
